As your Personal Trainer, I will design a workout plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Together we will look at your goals and figure out the steps to get you there in a fun and supportive way. I will teach you how to work out properly without hurting yourself so you can attain functional fitness that is useful to you as you go through your everyday life. We will also work on making sure that you can maintain your results in the future.
Before we begin, I want you to know: in my experience you will not out-exercise a bad diet. All the great work in the gym has to be supported by proper eating habits. But don’t worry! Since I am also a certified health coach, I got you covered. I will support you with meal planning guides and easy and delicious recipes, so you can get the most out of your fitness program.

Where will we work out?
If you have a membership at TCTI Fitness, we can work out there. If not, no big deal. We can work out at my yoga studio or outside.
Do I need any special equipment?
If we work out at the gym, we will have access to everything we need. If we work out at the yoga studio, park or the track, I will bring the equipment.
What do I get?
-A personalized workout plan, which will change, as you get fitter and stronger
-Expert instructions to ensure proper technique
-Email and text support between sessions

What is the cost?
Each 1-hour session costs $30. 6- and 12-session packages are available.
