Open Face Sushi

Do you love sushi as much as I do? It is so delicious, and the rolls look so cute neatly arranged on a beautiful plate. Have you tried making your own sushi on the other hand? Yea, not so pretty. I tried it and let me tell you, it was a hot mess. It tasted good, but it looked smushed and messy, because my attempts at rolling and then accurately cutting the rolls failed miserably. Oh well.
