Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie

When you’re busy, a smoothie can be such a beautiful thing. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and then just pour that sucker into a to-go cup, and you’re done.

This one here only has 7 ingredients, but it’s delicious and creamy - just the way a smoothie should be.

Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie
2 servings

2 cups Unsweetened almond milk
2 cups Spinach
2 cups Pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp Ginger (peeled and grated)
1/4 cup Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp Turmeric (powder)
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend well until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Storage - Refrigerate in a sealed jar overnight. Shake well before drinking.
Substitutions - No pineapple? Use mango, peaches or banana instead.
Turmeric - Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory; however, your body absorbs it much better in combination with black pepper.
