Yazoo City Vegetable Share Program - Spring 2019

Spring is here, and we're gearing up for the 2nd year of getting organically farmed vegetables delivered to Yazoo City.
The response last year was wonderful and ranged from excitement over having this service available in Yazoo City to pure astonishment over how much better-tasting these vegetables are compared to what you can get in the supermarket.
The spring season will run from Monday, May 6th through the week of Monday, June 24th, for 8 consecutive weeks. The cost is $240. This flyer will provide you with all the details.

I have done yoga on and off for about 15 years, but it wasn’t until the last few years that I committed to a regular practice. It was during that time that I realized that yoga is more than exercise. It is a way to relieve stress, rebalance the body and mind, and quiet down in our busy world.
